Christmas is so great because it provides SO MUCH MATH. From wrapping presents to finding the right box size and oh the things to sort!! On our first day on our math table I had jingle bells, presents, pom poms, and bows all to be sorted into the correct color. Then on following days we sorted by size. Then one day they were all in a big pile and the kids could sort them how they wanted, most chose by likeness, but some still sorted by color or size.
